On-site training
A good option when setting up a system using H&S Compliance Manager software. On site training provides:

1. One on one implimentation planning planning and setup assistance for the person responsible for implimentation in the organisation is beneficial and saves work in the long run.

2. User training. Users may be responsible for different functions such as hazards, incident entry, training, overviewing policies. Individual user training ensures users have a good overview of their own parts of the system and know how to use the software tools to achieve results.

Training is supplied based on requirements. A quote will be given and any actual expenses such as travel and accomadation is in additional (if outside Auckland).

 

Online help
From within the software the online help is accessed from a button on the toolbar. This provides help on all modules of software and is arranged on a how-to basis with quick access in mind. Search, contents and help topics can be readily accessed at any time. The help is actually based on out web site so that it is as up to date as posiible.

 

Online videos
Accessed from within the Online Help inside the software the user may run training videos that show overviews of each module and how to perform tasks. These are being added to as required and are a good way to get a handle on a new topic.

 

Telephone module training
Included in the softweare annual maintenance subscription is access at any time to telephone help on a module from a knowlegable support person. Rather than receiving too much training at one time the user can ring when training in a new area is required. This is also useful when a new person takes over and training is at the rate needed. Call the support help desk to arrange a suitable time for telephone training.

 

Telephone how-to help
When you want to do something but can not find how - just call the software support help desk at any time during our business hours. We'll provide fast assistance so you can continue. If you need additional help later wqe'll organise a telphone module training session when you have the time free. The support help desk is also provided as part of our service to you under teh software maintenance programme.
