H&S Compliance Manager ENTERPRISE has maintenance included in the lease. Also see H&S Compliance Manager Enterprise technical requirements H&S Compliance Manager GOLD and EXPRESS has an annual maintenance fee. Maintenance is required to be kept current. To renew expired maintenance see later.

Software upgrades without Maintenance	Use the contact page. Tell us your current version - see Help/About in the application - the release level is at the bottom right of the window. If you do not have a current maintenance agreement there is a charge for all software upgrades and updates. Of course, you could renew your maintenance then you would be entitled to the update!
